How does Pro pricing work?
Hub 0 is free (Non-Production). Hubs 1–5 are Production ($50/hub/month). Hubs 6+ are Volume ($40/hub/month). Enterprise → contact sales. Zones and targets are $3/month each. You only pay for what you use.
How is usage calculated each month?
Billing is prorated for the month based on actual usage. Hub billing reflects how many hubs you have (position-based ladder) and is prorated when you add or remove hubs. Zones and targets are metered at $3/month each and prorated for the time they were active—so if you add a zone mid-month, you're charged only for the portion of the month it existed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will be required to reduce your usage back to free tier limits before you can cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period; you'll be billed for your prorated usage through the end of that period. You may resume your subscription at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe.
